RUSH FEE (3-WEEKS)

We understand that sometimes celebrations come up fast — and we’re here to help! For all orders needed within 3 weeks of your event date, a Rush Order Fee is required to prioritize production.

Before placing a rush order, please be sure we’ve communicated and confirmed availability. Rush orders are accepted based on our current schedule, and we want to make sure we can accommodate your request with the quality and care your event deserves.

🚚 Please note:
Rush processing applies to the production phase only. It does not speed up shipping once the package leaves our hands. If your event is approaching quickly, we highly recommend selecting upgraded shipping at checkout for the best chance at on-time delivery.

📦 Important Reminders:

• Rush fees are required for all orders within 3 weeks of the event.

• Communication and approval are required before placing your order.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

• No refunds will be issued for late or delayed packages due to transit issues.

• For time-sensitive orders, please select an expedited shipping method during checkout.
