1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 weeks for processing, especially for custom-made items. Each piece is crafted with love and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality.

2. Rush Orders

If your event date is within 2 to 3 weeks, a rush fee will apply to prioritize production. Rush orders must be discussed with us prior to ordering to ensure we can meet your timeline.

3. Shipping Responsibility

While we work hard to process and ship your order quickly, shipping delays or carrier issues are beyond our control. Please plan accordingly and allow extra time for your items to arrive.

4. Worldwide Shipping

Shaquada’s Crafty Designs proudly offers shipping worldwide. No matter where you are, we are excited to share our creative designs with you!

5. Domestic Free Shipping on Orders Over $100

We are happy to offer free shipping on domestic orders totaling $100 or more (before taxes and fees). This discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

6. International Shipping

Free shipping applies to domestic orders only. International shipping costs and carrier policies are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Shipping Timeframe

For custom orders, we aim to ship at least 2 weeks prior to your event date, provided enough lead time was given when the order was placed. Estimated delivery times for shipping options will be available during checkout.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find any damages, defects, or receive the wrong item, contact Shaquada’s Crafty Designs right away at Scraftydesignsinfo@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and find a solution.

9. Digital Files

Purchases of digital files, including instant download templates, are non-refundable.

• Instant download templates are available immediately after purchase.

• Custom digital files are typically delivered within 24–48 business hours.
  Please carefully review all product details before finalizing your digital file order.

10. Expedited Shipping

During checkout, customers have the option to select expedited shipping at an additional cost. This is highly recommended for time-sensitive events or last-minute needs.
