1. Custom-Made Items

All items from Shaquada's Crafty Designs are handmade and customized to your specific requests. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. Restocking or reselling custom items is not feasible, and we appreciate your understanding.

2. Custom Order Timeframe

Custom orders typically require 1–2 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity and details of your request. We strive to ship custom items at least 2 weeks before your event date, assuming enough lead time is provided when the order is placed.

3. Rush Fee for Orders Placed Close to the Event

Orders placed within 2 to 3 weeks of the event may be subject to a rush fee. This fee helps expedite production to meet your deadline. Please contact us before placing a rush order to confirm availability and associated fees.

Rush Order:
• $25 rush fee for events within 3 weeks
• $40 rush fee for events within 2 weeks

4. Customer Responsibility for Shipping

Customers are responsible for factoring in shipping times when placing orders. Shaquada's Crafty Designs is not liable for shipping delays, damages, or issues caused by third-party carriers once items have been shipped.

5. Domestic Free Shipping on Orders Over $100

We offer free domestic shipping on orders totaling $100 or more (subtotal before taxes and fees). The free shipping option will automatically apply at checkout when eligible.

6. International Shipping

Free shipping is available for domestic orders only. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are the customer's responsibility.

7. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at Scraftydesignsinfo@gmail.com. We will assess the situation and do our best to resolve any issues.

8. Digital Files

Purchases of digital files, including templates and downloads, are non-refundable. No credits or exchanges will be given for digital products.

• Instant download templates are available immediately after purchase.

• Custom digital files will be delivered within 24–48 business hours.
  Please review all product details carefully before completing your digital order.

9. Design Revisions

Custom orders include up to three (3) rounds of design changes. To ensure the best results, please provide examples, inspiration, and color preferences when placing your order. We are committed to working closely with you to create your perfect design!

10. Rush Order Discussions and Fees

Rush orders must be discussed prior to placing an order. If a rush fee is required and not added during checkout, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you to confirm the rush fee, your order may be cancelled.
